The Siemens front loading washing machine has an embedded design flaw. Thatswhy they are not enthused about offering an AMC.
Be extremely vigilant about this company which does not even care to respond to e-mail complaints. Even their Germany corporate office is not responsive to consumer complaints. All that they do is to generate "mechanical" emails that guide you to the country you are located in as a method of washing their hands off the problem. A boycott of their products is strongly recommended.
