I wanted a new flip phone, and I got this phone from T-Mobile. It has a well known software problem. I called them several times, and after a lot of hassle, I got it replaced. It kept turning off by itself for no apparent reason. I would have the phone in my pocket, thinking it was on and waiting for calls, and then I would check it just to find out that it had turned itself off.
The customer service rep told me that was a common problem with this model, so she wasn't surprised. So, they finally sent me a replacement, but the new phone did the EXACT SAME THING only more often. I was so mad I just finally gave up. If you buy this phone, I think you will be not only disappointed, but as angry as I was.
