I spent 75K on this product in 2014!Hoping that its a minimum maintenance product. Big Mistake!Every 3 years I have to send 8k on repair!Customer service people think it is my problem that I bought the product in 2014!'Production Batch Problem Madame!'
They take there own time to repair too, !
In a place like whitefield bangalore minimum time taken for repair is one week, so imagine if you are not in a city!
I would like to raise a complaint in the consumer forum. Can someone provide genuine phone number or e-mail id?
