Customer care is very polite. Abhisek from account team help me to resolve the issue very quickly. Non Delivery of Product On dated 7/25/12 I had buy Yamaha NS-AP2600BL Home Theater 5.0 Speaker System(Amazon) through ShopYourWorld.com Order no 20127-24694 Rs 4500 Payment done by HDFC Credit Card. It is 1 and 1/2 Month passed but no sign of delivery. Whenever call customer care they pushed delivery be 1 week delay. I already spent 4500 for item and atleast call for 30 times. Item always in global hub never reach to mumbai. Today after long battle for refund I got my money back.
