Oh my god, so many negative reviews for Indiatimes.com. Now I am really worried about my money. I've ordered a smartphone( order # 3002788620) on 2nd Nov and the promised delivery time was 7-12 days, I was expecting that it will be delivered within 7-8 days because the item location is Delhi and destination is Ghaziabad( just 20km away) .
After hearing about pathetic service of Indiatimes, on 4th Nov I emailed Indiatimes customer care to ship it "on time" because it is a gift for my sister( living in another city) on her birthday on 12th Nov.
Till Now, I have not received any response from the team and after reading so many negative reviews from fellow buyers, I am afraid whether the item will ship on time or may be they will tell me after 15 days that they are out of stock and cancel my order.
The item is not needed if delivered after 12th:( Don't know what to do:( I think, shopping with Indiatimes is a grave mistake by me.
