Its been 3 weeks since I have order a mobile phone from INDIA TIMES Shopping. I have not received my product still and every time I contact the costumer care they always say that they will call back, but they never do it. More over they don't have any information about my product, or about the status of my order also they are not bothered to even understand what we want. I have never seen such a horrible customer care who leave customer in the blind, and this is causing me mental agony.
I keep asking them to refund my money since I not received the product, but they say it is not possible to refund the money till I get the product and I get the product I must return the product and only after that I can think about the refund, but they have not send the product then how will I receive it?
All I want is my money back
