If these sites cheat us like this, can we go to consumer forum. Is there anyone who can give us this information, as we are spending money we should get the quality of service and good quality products. so if the service is bad or the product is defective can we do some legal action against them.
I purchased a Toy for this site, there were 3 free gifts with it but when I got the product none of the free gifts worked and they claimed that the free gifts are worth 250 but I think they were not more then 30-40 Rupees. The information mentioned with the products was not correct and when I sent the complaint via feedback..I was informed that I will get a reply within 48 hours but its 3 months now I didnt get a reply for my complaint..
Now, can I go to consumer forum against indiatimes....
