I purchased Aerosmith Storage Water Heater for about 9k from Indiatimes.com on may 6th. The due date of the delivery was may 23rd. however even on may 31st they did not deliver the product the customer service people do not know the name of the courier agency or their contact number. I have requested them to cancel the order. But it can be cancelled only after they deliver it and i want to return it.
I have never felt so frustrated and helpless in my entire online shopping experience.
It is also not possible to contact any senior manager regarding this.
