Dear **Indiatimes**:
*Your AWB is wrong**, courier does not have it. Your system is showing wrong information. Bluedart says shipment is either not shipped or has been returned to you. Why can't you understand such a simple thing and find out the truth?  I called on 3rd Oct, and your representative assured me a call back on Monday, 4th Oct. But regret to say I got no call as assured.

Case I D: 1143848 and 1147452 have been created and quickly closed without any resolution from your side and I have to call and write again and again with full explanation. All cases were regarding same problem. Have written many emails too. You only create new case I Ds and after mere copy pasting the wrong information from your system, You take it for granted that you have resolved the problem. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL.  When we call, the representatives generally argue and try to be LAWYERS for your company rather than give a patient hearing and getting to the root of the problem. HIGHLY IRRITATING, and HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. They also disconnect the line if they dont have anything to defend the company.
Just assigning a manager to copy paste the wrong info from your system does not help. someone is required from your end to analyze the matter in-depth and find the product location, and get it shipped through a better courier like DTDC or flight dispatch or Aramax or Gati etc which do not return packages first and then return them just because they are high value or contain battery.
AWAIT SERIOUS ACTION FROM YOUR SIDE THIS TIME and a callback with a resolution. It is simple-> Just trace the package and send it through a better courier such as DTDC or Aramex or flight dispatch etc.

After I posted below mentioned message on Facebook, BLUEDART replied there that the AWB#69038484152 given by you is WRONG. Please go through all the communication between us and understand the problem.

You have ignored my previous warnings on the matter. Now, find out and tell me the truth. There is no update on your site, and Bluedart does not have any package with the AWB you have mentioned. Enough of harassment. I don't want stale news and update showing on the system under MY ORDERS, its not latest. Find out in detail where the package is and PROPER COURIER and AWB. Or else I shall have to escalate the matter through legal and/or other channels as may be required. It will be in your interest to not take me lightly or underestimate my capabilities. AWAIT.

Your site still shows UNDER PROCESS, and the AWB number of Bluedart is not returning anything on their tracking site also. It is already 3 days since it is shipped, and still the tracking not activated? I have written you mails earlier saying even their phone cust service does not have any info of this AWB, and they say it generally happens when PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO SHIPPER. Is this too difficult to understand? Am writing, speaking and communicating in plain simple English. Either Indiatimes team is totally and really stupid, or they act like they are.which both don't suit a customer and harasses him/her.
I do not require any ready-made robotic mails and answers you are trained to shoot at all customers, I NEED SPECIFIC ACTION ON MY PACKAGE- go find out what has happened and give me to the point answer.

BLUEDART is KNOWN for returning to origin high value products, you should be knowing that- why do you deal with BLUEDART for high value products- there are umpteen complaints like this online wherein Bluedart is involved- just that the customers are at the receiving end and sufferers. The Bluedart cust-care also mentioned maybe the product is returned to shipper as they have no info. I mailed you after that, BUT NO RESPONSE TILL TODAY. STILL AWAIT.
