Had ordered a samsung galaxy fame on 13th August on shopping.indiatimes. Though I was worried after coming across a number of negative reviews on this website, I am happy that my mobile was delivered safe and sound today (19th August).

But I would request them to speed up their dispatch process. My mobile was shipped 6 days after the order was placed. Other online shopping portals deliver within two or three days.

Hoping for a speedier venture next time around. :)
