I ordered Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos on 28th September 2013. I was very happy to order as I saved almost Rs 2400/- on this phone and I was very happy after ordering it but as soon as I read negative comments over this website about Indiatimes Shopping.

i was so scared that I even wanted to cancel the order but if I had cancelled it it would take more than 15 days to get refund therefore I decided to go on with the Indiatimes shopping and crossed my fingers.. and out of the blue on the very second day I got a call from courier and I got my galaxy grand duos white, in a sealed packed box with all the accessories..

i can't tell you guyz how happy I am..

I can't say anything about other guys who faced problems with this website but this has been fantastic experience I have ever had even better than Flipkart (now they over charge for every product) and I got this product at an unbelievable price..lowest of all, 2nd day delivery! It is excellent..

As per my experience this is fantastic website to shop..kudos to the Indiatimes Shopping guys.
