One of my worst experiences of web shopping happened at Indiatimes.Recently I purchased a gift for an anniversarry.
It never was delivered on the intended date and worst still they dont know who it was deleivered too..
The customer service happens to be straight from some remote village in Bihar..
Indiatimes is an excellent case study on how you should not run your business...
Wasted my money... Wasted my time...
The store in question is GREENFLORIST based in Chandigarh..
There is no way you can contact them after you have submitted the order...
It like the stone ages...out of your hand out of your sight..
then you have to say a few prayers in anticipation that it'll be delivered..
The stores punchline is Delivered within hours...and I guess an hour is 24 hours for them..
If you want to ruin the essence of your anniversarry then go to Indiatimes.com
They will make sure that you do...as they are experts in this field
