I ordered a cell phone. After I paid the amount the second day its price came down around 500 and tracking showing article at couriers office from last several days reason for non delivery only god knows. Corresponded through mail over phone tell to wait some more time.
Why is the consignment lying at couriers office? Not known. They are taking out it for delivery and returning it to their ware house. Same courier delivered some other items of online purchase from other site which on COD basis.
This order I already pre paid the same may be reason why no delivery till now? They are not allowing cancellation telling order is already dispatched. Very late dispatch and late lethargic delivery by renounced courier like Fedex.
Hope both will improve
