*DO NOT BUY FROM INDIATIMES Shopping**. I purchased 2 quantity of a product and got only 1 qty, and I reported the case 1037938 and till 1 month I didn't get any confirmed reply. I got that case manager is working on it, and after one month they closed the case without informing me. I got to know from the site, when I checked the status of case.
This is the worst service from any shopping site.
Now I am planing to check, whether this can be registered as a case in consumer court ??
