I had ordered "Digital LCD Electronic Weighing Scale Machine" on 07 June 2012 and my order no. is 7167020.
It delivered to me on 09 june 2012 noon(Very timely because the payment mode was Cash on delivery). Outside box packing was OK . After opened the packet I found that Digital meter is not working, means the product is in damaged condition.
Immediately I call to rediff customer care no.(1800 266 2333) to make a complain but the worst thing is that, I call continuously half an hour but the line was busy. And again the worst thing is that, I had paid Rs 577 for "Digital LCD Electronic Weighing Scale Machine" and in the nearest shop I found the same product in Rs 370. That is online marketing.
So as the user of online marketing, I am requesting you, if you want to buy anything, go to the nearest shop but don't believe in online shopping link Rediff.
