Please avoid this online shopping site, the worst of its kind. So far I have bought two products, one grill sandwich maker (cost over Rs.2000/-) which was delivered in a broken condition and could not be used. There was no response in spite of repeated follow ups.
Recently, I had bought one umbrella which also got delivered in a broken condition. I was advised to return the damaged product. I did so by spending Rs.280/- towards courier charges but the product sent by courier couldn't be delivered as the mailing address was wrong and no one responded to the calls from the courier company.
I don't have any such horrible experience with any of the other online shopping sites. Looks like this is managed by frauds.
