Ordered four items from rediff shopping out of which 2 are defective and one is charged more than MRP on the product. Left several message online for replacement but no reply.


Even customer care centre after having 3 mins of IVR to select a correct option no one answers.STRICT-NO-NO-TO SHOP-ELSE-SHOP-AT-YOUR-KNOW RISK.
