I couldn't decide between shopclues.com and rediff.com as the most pathetic website for online shopping, customer service and resolution. Believe me they give a tough fight to each other. You wanna but fake product, then please shop here. You wanna see how much is your patience level, then come here. You wanna curse yourself, then shop here. I can just go on and on. They have very appealing shots watches which the seller claim that it is 100% original and it is just that it doesn't come with a warranty. I was surprised to see that there wouldn't be any warranty. Warranty is a right of the customer, no matter where and when you buy it. May be you would have to pay for the service but then the seller at rediff.com claims that the warranty would be given by him(calling seller warranty) but not by the manufacturer. I mean how pathetic. My cousin fell to this trap. Got a golden color edifice which is totally a second copy. Now for a return I am following up with rediff and on the mercy of seller, should he choose to refund. Guys, please avoid. It is a junk website.
