I have ordered a sony flip mobile and they delivered me a china phone. its flip is shaking, battery which is as light as a 50 paise coin was beaten as it has dents all over it, wrong earphones have been packed, once the battery is placed, the back cover doesn't fit/close. their customer care never calls back.
All they take is just inputs in websites. The worst experience I ever had.
