I had ordered 4 books to be given as gift and the person was leaving for abroad within 7 days. So I called rediff.com and they said within 4 business days my order will be delivered. Sounds good - right?
So when I ordered 4 books, they spent a couple of days "approving" the order - GOD knows what that means. Then they finally dispatched the books and this morning so 6th business day, I got only 1 book out of the four.
The person is leaving in an hour and I tried calling rediff.com which of course is not helpful. What kind of an operation is this?
The couple of things I could have done before was:
1.Read reviews on this site for Rediff shopping and
2.NEVER trust Rediff customer service.
But I guess you live and learn. I am never going to shop there again.:(
