I have ordered(Order Number-12628463) a A/B wire from https://shop.rediff.com/
They have confirmed the order and shipped for delivery(It took around 20 days for all these processes). I have emailed the customer care for the status, they said that they are looking into the issue, after that no response, I kept on mailing and calling them for delivery status.
Then one fine day I got the SMS saying that my product has been delivered, I called the customer care on 19th November 2015 to report the issue that product has not been delivered, they asked for 48 hr time. NO RESPONSE till 23rd November! Again I called on 23rd, they asked for 24 hr more. Till today 26th November there is no response. In all this followups I didn't got a single call or status from Courier DTDC(Pathetic service)
I know that my money is gone, But I would like all you guys there to beware from this fraud site.
