Rediff really sucks.
They were not able to deliver my item which I ordered more than 10 days ago.
They never respond to mails. They HAVE NO CUSTOMER support.
On 'track your order' they show the amount as USD 0.0 but they have already taken 22 dollars from my credit card.
Is there anyplace where I can report this fraud.
It looks like they have only hired people who just develop web and update their pages. But after deducting money from customers bank, they do nothing. Nothing.
No customer support at all. I have been doing online shopping since three years and this is the worst. Really I repent doing it every day.
The website is only good when you are reviewing products and it has good pictures and stuff. But no use if there is no product delivery or no answer to the queries. But there are other online shopping portals which are better and so by all means don't waste your money like I did and never shop at rediff.
This website should be banned.
