For people who cant read entire story, here goes the gist: Never Ever try Rediff Shopping. If you're intent to Waste money, then give it a shot.
I ordered a pair of Electrical Drills for small household repairs. Order No: 4178810. Checked the specs and supplied accessories, as every thing seemed ok for the price(Rs 950), I decided to order 2 including 1 for my fried. After a wait of nearly 10 days, shipment arrived. To my shock, what I received was bunch of useless Plastic and metal, looking like a drill, made in china. Still persistent I decided to give it a shot, connected to power outlet and squeezed the trigger. Adding salt to my injury, broken metal pieces stated shooting from the drill, narrowly missing my Eyes. Lucky, I couldn’t imagine the effects if it hit me.
From here I was left with little options, Email customer care and Wait. They replied me to send back the item. I did with an additional charge of 550. In spite of requesting refund, they sent back same useless Pieces. This time I have no courage to hook it up and even try if it works. Suffered loss of almost 3000Rs, thought they gave me coupons for courier charge, I still have to shop with them. I hate doing this.
Please be aware and avoid using.
Why buy trouble with your own money.
