I recently bought an apparel from shoppers stop and they sent me the incomplete product. Since then I've been hunting for a solution to my problem. They have such a wonderful customer support. I've been in so much frustration because I wanted the dress for a special occasion and though I've a shoppers stop store near-by I thought it would be easy for me to buy from the online store. But now I really regret my decision.
If you knew your size, shopping at the online store is easy and comfortable. And you get your product within a week.
In short if you want to shop at Shopper Stop better go to the store than doing it online.
P.S: All my issues have been finally solved and I've got all my refunds. But they can't satisfy my disappointment I got because the product didn't reach on time for the occasion.
