Ordered Cancelled because the product was defective. I could see the same thing back in stock. So I placed the order again.

Out 4 items 2 got cancelled which was never communicated until I called after 24 days. The reason given was the item is not in stock where as it is still in stock. i.e. item number 6719091_9324 and 6609461_8408. Now I am being asked to pay the difference for the thing which I have already paid. The contract was done its very simple that its not my concern what price you are quoting now.
Out of 6 Items tat I ordered shoppers stop could deliver only 2. That too after 24 days. And to make thing more pleasurable both the product dint match what I had ordered. The item number 6721126_9212 was a full sleeves shirt and what I got is a half shirt. And the item number 6723963_9111 which was supposed to be beige in colour is actually Khaki though the tag reads beige (The actual shade has no resemblance what so ever). I just cant imagine what kind of internal controls are placed in shoppers stop online shopping system.
To keep it in short I must congratulate Shoppers stop on providing such wonderful shopping experience and on its success rate 17% i.e. 1 out of 6 (assuming the pant to be the same product that I had ordered) & Appreciate 4 wasting my time.
