I ordered a kids Shirt  from the online shop (Order No: 4017873). The status stayed "Confirmed" for 10 working days. So filled up the online feedback form and submitted it. No idea where it went. Sent 2 back to back mails to the "e-store" mail-id provided. They preferred to ignore.Called up on help line no., assured that order will be dispatched in 1 or 2 days.So they are trying to procure the item from other vendors. On 12th day order is cancelled & you are left with no option. Reason item is out of stock.


I still don’t understand how come they show something available & allow us to place order when it is not in stock. Why does it require a push from the customer to say they don’t have the stock and cancel the order only after that.  In fact they are spoiling the image of Raheja Group. I sincerely appeal to Raheja Group to take action for this kind of nuisance.


This kind of service, we never expect from a company like Raheja Group.
