I have ordered two coffee cups and a toy jeep from this website and one of the coffee cups is broken. when I claimed for the return there is no response from the website customer care.
The other cup is good and the toy jeep is also good but customer care people are irresponsible and not even replied for my mail. In that website returns tab they have deleted or not accepted my return I don't know and it is not showing any return orders.
be careful better order any single product at a time or better go for shopper stop shopping mall instead of buying online.
