Me and my wife visited Shoppers Stop Koramangala Bangalore last week. We purchased a shoe for my wife. She wore it to her office and the shoe started giving a nasty bite. Within half an hour, good portion of her skin near her heels got peeled off. She had to return home bare footed and the injury was so bad that she was not able to walk for 3 days.
We went to Shoppers Stop to complain about selling such sub standard products and to return the shoe. To our utter shock the customer care manager refused to take back the shoe and he as well as his salesman was giving really really stupid explanations on how its not their fault.
I am warning you guys, these jerks are cheaters and worst part is that you will not only loose money but can get physically injured with defective and substandard products that they are selling. And to rub salt to the wound, you will be treated with horrible and stupid customer service
