1.I wanted a size exchange. Exchange product was not available. They gave one coupon which was valid for only 10 days. So I raised refund request. After 11 mails and several calls they initiated the refund(as per them) But after long days also money is not reflecting in mine account.
Simply fraud. I am not sure I will get back mine money or not.
