I ordered 2 sarees after paying online.my mistake. The bhagalupuri silk was soo bad quality.even my maid will not wear. And it was for rs 990. I put a request for return but no response. Customer care number 8140701000 is always out of reach. They ask us to register refund with wtsp number 7069314373.that too is not reachable.
My second saree was not delivered and I sent a msg on their wtsp number to not deliver the sari and give a refund. They dont refund money.they put in shopkio account. So once paid to shopkio ur money is permanently gone!
I learnt a big lesson. That b4 ordering online with a new shopiing company always speak to their customer care and get to know about ordering refunds etc. If they dont refund to ur bank account then dont buy! Always go with known companies like amazon, flipkart and limeroad
