My experience with shopclues is too bad. First of all they always do not give the same product as shown and second thing is that, they do not return the product. I do not lile the service of shopclues.
THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE BELOW
I ordered a pair of socks from shopclues almost 2 months back and the product which I got was complete different. I had ordered brown colour socks with no printed design and the product which I received not only had some designs but also different in colour. And there was no brown colour present on that. When I told shopclues about it and said I want to return the product they accepted my query and they also said that they will pick up the order within two to three days.But unfortunately there was no one to pick my order I was very dissappointed and I almost lost around rs 600. I was very deppressed but I thought there was some mistake with the website and it wont happen again so I thought to give it another chance.
After the dissappointment from my first order I thought I will give it another chance. This time I wanted a mobile cover for my samsung galaxy A5. I ordered it from shopclues and I got the product within a week. But again the product was completely different from what I ordered. First of all it was not a samsung cover. Second the colour was complete different. Third it was small and didnt fit my phone. Fourth it didnt fit any other phone. Fifth it was damaged.
I was again dissappointed by shopclues. I complained for a refund but the same thing happened again. There was no one to take the product back.
Hence I was not only once but twice cheated by shopclues. My experience is too bad with this.
And I decided that I wont order anything else from here again.
