I had ordered a samsung mobile metro 313.

Got a mail that order is confirmed, but after one day got a mail the product is not available.
After that the product got delivered to my house as I was need of it I accepted that product but after opening the product it was not getting switched on. And the mobile was Samsung from outside but literally, it was a china mobile.
Then I contacted the customer care they told me to send the pic of the product they will return it but after sending that they said no they can't take that cause I had it after the product got cancelled I said so how I got that product in the box of shop clue with they said we cannot do anything and I lost my money felt so horrible
