I have ordered sony headphones from their website but it came out to be defective. On time of replacement, conditions didnt came out to be favourable. I expect they will work upon their coustomer service betterment as soon as possible.
Shopclues may have same good service but I caught up with such incident, so I have somewhat bad experiance with the website and service. Prices are really very cheap and offers are very well valid, no problem in that section.
