I had a nightmare of shopping experience with with this site. I had bought a knife set of 3 pcs. In other websites they mentioned the price little bit of high with delivery charges but in shopclues they provided the set for jus ₹165. Since the price is low I just ordered and the product which came is the worst one. The knive with blended edges without sharpness. And the return policy also not upto the expectation of customer. The products also the used one or second hand products. My suggestion is to go with some other websites other than shopclues.com
