I am very frequent buyer on e commerce sites like flipkart, amazon, snapdeal and I was pretty happy with there services. Then I tried Shopclues.com, I ordered 1 external hdd order number 39590877. They have delivered this very late and no proper response was given by any support executive. I am Corporate User where we generally order in bulk but this was very bad experience and all delays like this hamper our final delivery to the customer and we lose lots of money for delaying the delivery.
Meanwhile it was delayed thus we ordered from Pay TM and lesser price of timely delivery we wanted to return thus but got a feedback that merchant has rejected the return request. We know a shopclues not the merchant who is delivering the product. This should be complete responsibility of shopclues to refund the money.
So I suggest buyers never go for Shopclues.com. No one should buy any single product from Shopclues. They are worst in the industry.
