I am here to share a weird shopping experience with shopclues.com . I have ordered some air fresheners from this site (order number 7008933). After a week I received a mail saying that the order has been cancelled due to lack of stock and the amount will get refunded . But am able to see the same products on portal with message as "IN STOCK" and can able to order once again .
When asked about the same to customer care executive , Instead of answering the question , he is saying the same statement *"Thank you for calling shopclues . Your amount will be refunded soon . Have a nice day !! "
LOL. I wonder what they will do If I have ordered again the same Have to wait and see whether they refund money which I have paid at least.
