I have ordered a carpet, bedsheet and Wallclock.but when I received my order I came to know that in SHOPCLUES.SHIPPING IS DONE BY COLOR BLIND PERSON. They dont know the difference in maroon and yellow color. I have ordered maroon color carpet and I received the yellow colored with totally different design. The same thing happened with bedsheet and Wallclock. The Quality of wallclock is SO CHEAP, that you cant even gift that to your servant. The quality of footpath wallclock product will be much better than this. If would recommend not to you this shopclues as its a total waste of your time. As for the return policy you will have to waste your time either by shipping back to them or you will have to wait for the person to come and pick the product and he will never come on time. SO ITS A TOTAL WASTE. Better used the trusted online sites like AMAZON or FLIPKART. I wish I could rate them in negative. Worst part is Customer Support says "That is Ok sir".
