I was searching products on Shopclues so I saw a mobile charger of samsung which was off around 50 rupees so I just ordered the charger and they placed my order and I got all the tracking information of my order so after 3-4 days they informed me that they have cancelled my order I didn't cancelled my order they cancelled my order and I was so freaked out at that moment I was very angry so this was my first experience with this E-commerce website.
My second experience was I ordered a mobile phone and they expected delivery time was 4 days they delivered my mobile in almost 16 days and the mobile which they delivered me was used phone as they were many scratches on the body of that phone. So I just applied for the refund of that phone the delivery boy game next day to my house and took the phone but they refund came in one and half month.
ShopClues have very bad service the delivery of this website is very slow and the product on this website is used.
I would recommend everyone not to buy anything from ShopClues.
