I had ordered almost 5 product from the shop clues.com. Each and every time have got worst customer service. Mainly their user interface is really bad. Therefore we didn't get proper information of the product. When we contact customer care service we didn't get proper solution to our problems. Product quality is not much good. Means product don't have good value for money. Prices of products are unnecessarly increased. Rarely follows delivery timelines. And also we don't get proper information about delivery on website. Shopclues is not really realibility because it has more competitors which are more reliable.
