Shopping from shopclues is not at all satisfactory. the products available are of cheap quality and not at all durable. once I have ordered a watch from shopclue, firstly it took almost 2 weeks to deliver and when delivered. the courier was empty i. e. without my product. returning policy is also very lengthy and hectic and when finally returned we got the money back in terms of clues. my experience with it was bad and would never try it again. i think so shopclue should take some step in improving all these things.
