Shopclues provides very bad service. Last month I booked Samsung phone on shopclues with cash on delivery as option. When I receive my order and opened ot then I was shocked that the phone in the box was different than what I ordered. I immediately compalined about this and they replied that they will take the product back.
They said that they will refund the money me as soon as possible. Then there agent came and took back the product with him. Still after 25 days I am mailing them again and again but they are just ignoring my mail and not replying with respect to that. I have tried calling them many times but unable to contact them.
