I am a regular online shopper and shop from most of the sites . One day I came across with shopclues as I saw it's ad on tv . I downloaded it's app n ordered three items all clothes.
App is not user-friendly ur wish list items get vanished after 1 or 2 days n payment portal is also very poor . Delivery worst .it took 24 days for my product to be delivered . N to my surprise/shock when I opened the parcel one dress was torn n it has dirty spots on the white dress n a jeans was almost double in size I have ordered 30 they send me 34. When I asked them to replace their call centre executives are dogs they don't even respond politely . They denied to replace my stuffs as per some stupid cloth exchange policy n my stuffs r still lying in my house n I m using these as mops.
