The last time I had shopped on Shopclues was a few months back. It was for the first time and the last time. Their customer service is the worst that I have ever seen. I had ordered an Philips dvd from Shopclues for around 2000 rupees. The shipping time they promised was 10 days. They gave me the tracking details but I was not able to track the item. I waited for the items delivery for 10 days and since the item was not delivered I contacted their customer care and I said them that the item was not delivered and I am unable to tract the item as well. Each time I called them they put me on hold for around 10-15 minutes and after all that their answer would be item would be delivered soon as they too did not have any clue where the item was and finally I got the item shipped on the 25th day. So it is a very bad site and I would not recommend it to any one.
