I purchase from Shopclues for the last 2 year and I bought at least 20 items from this website, But right now I have purchased one product and as I have some query related to shipping agent(other), I asked Shopclues and the Merchant. What is the shipping agent Contact number? But both have no idea.
I cannot understand why they are taking so much time to give me a simple answer, I have asked this question 4-5 time for the last 4 days. No answer yet.I also try to contact the merchant but website is not allowing me to submit the message.
