Hi friends.Am here to share my experience using the shopping site shopclues.It offers a great collection of fashion, electronics etc.I had bought a fastrack watch 2 months ago from this shopping site.But now after 2 months it is dead.The watch when I was bought was a festive offer.The watch really cost Rs950 but by offer it was Rs 759.It is so sad that I was not able to use it for one year.The watch that was bought is fastrack brand.The watch is in the dead stage now.The shipping is also so slow that I had recieved the product after 6-7 after delivery.The packing is not good and needs to improve.The product bought was not longlasting and that is so sadfull.The app is not at all userfriendly and work on a bad user interfernce.The shopping site too had to improve a lot.The service is so bad.I am very dissappointed.
