I have been shopping online for quite sometime now. I have had the chance to shop with a number of online sites, and most of them kept me content. But here I came on this shopclues.com and my years of great online shoppping experience went for a complete toss.
They are a complete cheat company to say the least. They would not only eat up your money on your orders, but would also give you agony and frustration during the whole "shopping experience", let alone the money you are going to spend on calling them to see what happened to your order. They have a call-center which would keep you on hold while your telephone bill keeps running. Its very annoying. After wasting hundreds of rupee to talk to someone, their staffs would sound completely clueless about whats going on with your order. They would tell you of some rehearsed excuses. Their claim of reverting back within 3 days if your product is not shipped is a complete gimmick. They are not going to come back after they (Auto) send you the order confirmation. I have been promised a call back thrice and the call never came.
If for any reason, you still want to be adventurous with them, please try calling their customer care (if we can call them one) once and see for yourself. I strongly recommend you not to shop with them, unless of course you have got plenty of money to waste and have a heart of steel. There are number of good sites like ebay, flipkart, jabong, watchkart to shop but definitely not here. God, why did I place an order here? Yes, I am a fool indeed. But I don't want YOU to be trapped.
