I ordered for a mobile on Shop Clues seeing the huge price discount(82641218). On seeing the package my eyes were wide open. The mobile was a used one. Somebody had pasted the screen guard.Scratches every whee and the mobile looks ugly. I filed a return request. Even after 1 month my issue kept unresolved. I have been doing online shopping for many years from other reputed sites and received prompt responses. This is my first purchase from shop clues and my first bad experience from online shopping. My advice is think twice before purchasing.Go for reputed sites who cares customers. It is very difficult to get back your money once it is in the hands of sites like shopclues.
