I ordered a comb with massager worth of 100 rs and my order shipment was sheduled on 1/10/2017 but I received delivery on 4/10/2017 and after that when I suposed to open that the comb was brokend and it increased my anger to next level and in next minute when I call to that delivery boy and asked him to take return and he refused my request and told me that to call coustmer care. But when I call to them. there is no good response from them and they were initiating me daily that they were coming for the return. and like this 5 days passed but no one came for the return process. finally shop clues dealing with fake products and worst delivery service.
