I ordered lunch box on Shopclues.com, I got my order on time at minimum price but quality was so bad that it was waste of money of buying that lunch boxes. Lid was not spill proof, all the liquid came out while travelling. When I complained about the quality I didn't get reply from Shopclues. It is true they offer product on low cost but actually they send duplicate product and looted over money.
Few days back I saw the shopclues add on TV, then the only thought came in my mind was why shopclues is wasting money on TV add if they are not able to provide good users experience, if they acquire new customer by the TV add, then these users will never be back on site again due to bad shopping experience in this situation retention cost will be very low.
