I had a very disappointing online shopping experience with Shopclues. I had ordered a pack of white hand-towels at a good price. Firstly I had trouble adding the contents in the cart. Then the delivery of my order took about 15 days, where as other websites deliver withing 5-6 days at max. I had to make 2 follow up calls to the customer care, though the customer care staff was polite but they kept giving me false dates of delivery.
Finally when the order arrived, I received off-white hand towels instead of White. It was not a good shopping experience for me.
Over all too, the website is very cluttered and doesn't appeal to me much. It is my last choice for online shopping now.
